The purpose of the Challenge is to clear a path to Peace in, through and around you. Each day you will receive an email inviting you to take the next step on the quest into the center of the LAByrinth. Are you ready to start stepping into the Peace LAByrinth together…

Each Challenge has a beginning, middle and end. The places, spaces and people with whom you are invited to do them will vary. This is a co-creation of the ChatAction People, guided by Lesley Southwick-Trask using the developemental stages of the chakra system as we grow as humans.  There are many versions of this knowledge – this is the version with which Lesley has found resonance in her practice.

  1. Chakra 1: in the womb up until 6 months; recalibrated 14 to 15;
  2. Chakra 2: 6 months to 2 ½; recalibrated 15 to 16;
  3. Chakra 3: : 2 ½ to 4 ½ ; recalibrated 16 to 17;
  4. Chakra 4: 4 ½ to 6 ½ recalibrated 17 to 18;
  5. Chakra 5: 6 ½ to 8 ½ recalibrated 18 to 19;
  6. Chakra 6: 8 ½ to 14 recalibrated 19 to 20;
  7. Chakra 7:14 to 21 recalibrated 21 to 22

A journey through the body and its energies, each of the 21 steps is designed to build on the previous steps. We recommend you start at the beginning – they get better (sometimes shorter) and more engaging as you go along! Let us begin from the first chakra, red steps 1, 2 and 3.

  • A journal to capture your reflections;
  • Pen /pencil;
  • Coloured markers (used on some days);
  • Post-It Notes (used on some days);

  12. Challenge Step Twelve – Activate your heart; reclaim the divinity within you, and your Infinite Potential.
  13. Challenge Step Thirteen – Voicing Your Truth
  14. Challenge Step Fourteen – As an Agent of Peace, to tune in to the frequency of your intention to express and shape reality
  15. Challenge Step Fifteen – How to trigger the action and how to achieve the ultimate Peace with action
  16. Challenge Step Sixteen – To work with your mind, through the use of light and inspiration, to see your worldview of Peace.

What You Can Do With Your Responses

This is a personal challenge. It is a private experience. It is also part of a collective journey. We would love to know about your reflections, insights, surprises, and aha! moments. You can share these in written, audio, picture or video form.  Please reply to our Peace Challenge emails to tell us more… and join us in Zoom to record your videos or just share your Peace Wisdom 2021 experience with one of us or a friend.
